About Saltbush Occupational Therapy
Saltbush OT is a Fremantle-based Occupational Therapy provider supporting adults and children across Western Australia and the Northern Territory.
We are a mobile Occupational Therapy service - which means we come to you!
Saltbush OT was created with a simple vision: to make high-quality, meaningful NDIS therapy services more accessible for NDIS participants, including those living in Fremantle Western Australia and remote areas across WA and the Northern Territory.
We work alongside individuals, families, and communities to support participation in everyday life - wherever life happens. Whether delivering local OT assessment or remote outreach services, our approach is grounded in connection. We take time to build genuine relationships, listen deeply, and work in partnership to strengthen the capacity of NDIS participants and their existing supports.
Saltbush OT is committed to culturally responsive practice when working with Aboriginal and Torres Strait Islander peoples. We recognise the importance of country, culture, kinship and community, and we approach our work with curiosity and willingness to learn. We prioritise collaboration with local services, families and community members to ensure therapy is relevant, strengths-based and led by what matters most to the person and their community.

Our locations
Western Australia
Saltbush OT is based in Fremantle, WA. We currently support NDIS participants in their home and community across Perth and the Wheatbelt through our mobile service.
We are currently expanding to include regional and remote areas in WA. Please feel free to connect with us if you or someone you know is having difficulty accessing OT in their area.
Northern Territory
We provide services across Central Australia through a mix of outreach trips and telehealth. This includes Alice Springs and surrounding remote communities. Please get in touch if you are having difficulty accessing OT services in your area.
